By accessing or using Replyo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent technical restrictions or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Disrupt or damage the platform or other users' experience

The Google Calendar integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Replyo to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this at any time.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Non-payment may result in account suspension

• We: May suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties10. הגבלת אחריות לתוצאות

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that it will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability11. הגבלת חבות

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר, Replyo אינה אחראית לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, או תוצאתיים — לרבות אובדן רווחים, נתונים, או הזדמנויות עסקיות — הנובעים מהשימוש בשירות או מחוסר היכולת להשתמש בו.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Intellectual Property12. קניין רוחני

The Service — its design, code, and Replyo-created content — is owned by Replyo and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written consent.

השירות — העיצוב, הקוד והתוכן שנוצר על ידי Replyo — הוא רכושה של Replyo ומוגן בחוקי הקניין הרוחני. אין להעתיק, לשנות, או להפיץ אותו ללא הסכמה בכתב.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or share through the Service.

כל התוכן שאתה יוצר או משתף דרך השירות נשאר בבעלותך המלאה.

13. Governing Law13. הדין החל

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

תנאים אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל בלבד.

14. Changes14. שינויים בתנאים

We may update these Terms. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
